Arc del Teatre

The building was built in 2024 and is located next to La Rambla and Plaza Colón, in the centre of Barcelona, very close to the port of Barcelona.

Arc del Teatre street is small and quiet. It starts at Las Ramblas and ends at Avenida Drassanes. The name of this street has its origin in the arch at its entrance, a structure located next to the Principal theatre.

The main charm of this building is its façade. It has Mediterranean-inspired drawings by a local artist due to the proximity of the building to the sea.

The building also has a spectacular terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a shower to enjoy the incredible views and the wonderful climate of the city of Barcelona, designed to be a meeting and relaxation point for the users of the building.

In the building there are five fully equipped flats with modern and functional furniture and excellent qualities. These flats are for rent for people from all over the world or for Spaniards living temporarily in Barcelona. The flats have a storage room in the same building.

All of them are very luminous flats. All the rooms, including the kitchen, have windows to the street.

Each house has capacity for four people and is distributed in a hall that gives access to a wonderful living-dining room with integrated kitchen, each one of them has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower.

The houses have RJ connection to fibre optic. All the materials used are of excellent quality. One example is the Cortizo brand aluminium carpentry with thermal bridge and double glazing, hot water by solar supply, centralised air conditioning by ducts: air conditioning and heat pump, porcelain stoneware flooring. The building is located just 3 minutes walk from Las Ramblas, 5 minutes from Plaza Colón and 10 minutes from the sea (Paseo Colón), next to places of interest in Barcelona such as the National Library, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA), the Liceu Theatre.

Excellent communications with the whole city: L3 metro Drassanes, Bus stop 120 and several night bus lines.
